Job Description

As the Principal Product Marketing Manager at Simpplr, you will play a crucial role in shaping the market presence of our AI-powered platform. You will serve as the primary advocate for our products in the market and represent the voice of the customer within the organization. Collaborating closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams, you will craft compelling narratives, launch strategies, and positioning strategies to enhance revenue generation and establish brand leadership. This senior-level position requires a blend of storytelling, strategic thinking, and data-driven marketing expertise, particularly in the realm of AI. Your responsibilities will include owning and refining the messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation of our AI products. You will lead end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) planning for new product launches, feature rollouts, and vertical solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing impactful product content such as thought leadership pieces, product datasheets, case studies, demos, and sales decks. By conducting customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive benchmarking, you will gather valuable insights to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives. Moreover, you will create tools and training materials to empower sales and field teams in effectively communicating the value of our products. Collaborating with demand gen, digital, and customer marketing teams, you will drive campaigns that boost awareness, trial, and adoption rates. You will also have the opportunity to showcase thought leadership by representing Simpplr at industry events, webinars, and analyst briefings as a product and AI domain expert. Defining and tracking key performance metrics for product marketing effectiveness and GTM performance will be crucial in evaluating the success of your strategies. The ideal candidate for this role should possess over 10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in enterprise SaaS or AI/ML-focused technology companies. Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2B software or AI-driven products in competitive markets is essential. Strong storytelling skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills are key requirements. An analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data for decision-making are highly valued. While an MBA or equivalent business/marketing background is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. A deep passion for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their impact on modern business is crucial for excelling in this role. At Simpplr, we operate with a Hub-Hybrid-Remote work model, providing employees with the flexibility they desire. Depending on the role, employees may work from the Hub (Simpplr office), Hybrid (combination of home and office work), or Remote (fully remote within the country of hire).
