Job Description

Role Overview: As the Principal Product Marketing Manager at Simpplr, you will act as the spokesperson for the product in the market and the advocate for the customer within the organization. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to create compelling narratives, launch strategies, and positioning that contribute to revenue growth and brand recognition. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in storytelling, strategic thinking, and data-driven marketing with a passion for AI technology. Key Responsibilities: - Messaging & Positioning: Take ownership of refining the positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation of AI products. - Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead the end-to-end planning for GTM activities related to new product launches, feature rollouts, and vertical solutions. - Content Strategy: Develop impactful product content ranging from thought leadership pieces to product datasheets, case studies, demos, and sales decks. - Customer and Market Insights: Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive benchmarking to shape product strategy and marketing initiatives. - Enablement: Develop tools and training resources to empower sales and field teams to effectively communicate the value of the product. - Growth & Adoption: Collaborate with demand gen, digital, and customer marketing teams to create campaigns that boost awareness, trial, and adoption. - Thought Leadership: Represent Simpplr at industry events, webinars, and analyst briefings as a product and AI domain expert. - Metrics & Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product marketing effectiveness and GTM performance. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in enterprise SaaS or AI/ML-focused technology companies. - Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B software or AI-driven products in competitive markets. - Strong storytelling abilities to craft engaging narratives and simplify complex technical concepts into business value. - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. - Analytical mindset with a history of leveraging data to drive decisions. - MBA or equivalent business/marketing background is desirable but not mandatory. - Deep passion for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their implications for modern businesses.
