As a Product Marketing Operations and Competitive Intelligence Specialist at Aviatrix, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and delivering compelling competitive intelligence insights to strengthen the company's market positioning. You will focus on two key areas: - **Marketing Operations & Program Management:** - Oversee and optimize workflows for product launches, use case rollouts, and cross-functional initiatives. - Program manage major PMM initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and measurable impact. - Collaborate with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Corporate Marketing for effective go-to-market strategies. - **Competitive Intelligence & AI-Driven Research:** - Conduct market and competitive research using AI-powered tools to extract actionable insights. - Develop battlecards, playbooks, and positioning strategies for sales and marketing teams. - Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, pricing strategies, and messaging shifts to inform strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Marketing Operations & Program Management:** - Lead program management for key PMM initiatives. - Optimize workflows for intake requests, prioritization, and execution. - Develop standardized processes for product launches and messaging updates. - Support GTM strategy execution and provide sales enablement materials. - **Competitive Intelligence & AI-Powered Research:** - Research and document key competitor differentiators and market strategies. - Create battlecards and objection-handling guides for Sales and GTM teams. - Utilize AI-driven research tools to track competitive moves and messaging shifts. - Deliver market intelligence briefings and maintain knowledge base on emerging trends. **Qualifications Required:** - **Experience:** 3+ years in product marketing, marketing operations, or competitive intelligence. - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. - **Project Management:** Proven experience managing marketing projects using tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello. - **Competitive Analysis:** Strong ability to research and communicate competitive insights. - **AI & Automation:** Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for competitive intelligence.
