Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Principal will oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensure a high standard of academic and administrative performance, and facilitate a positive and inclusive environment for students, teachers, and staff. Responsibilities include providing leadership to faculty, managing curriculum planning and implementation, reviewing policies and procedures, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Principal will also drive the professional development of the staff, implement effective communication with stakeholders, and cultivate strong relationships with parents and the community to achieve the school's vision and mission.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in academic leadership, school administration, and curriculum design.
• Strong skills in staff management, team building, and professional development facilitation.
• Expertise in education compliance, policy implementation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• An in-depth understanding of K-12 education practices and trends is highly desirable.
• Master's degree in Education, School Leadership, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience as a school principal or in educational leadership roles.
• Passion for fostering student development, academic excellence, and organizational growth.
