Principal Engineer

Role

• Principal Engineer for ServiceNow focusing on Now Assist AI Agents
• Lead the development of modern Service Management and Automation solutions,
  

• Design, develop, and own AI agent platform components, including prompt
  

• Act as a technical and functional consultant for ServiceNow implementations
  

• Provide architectural guidance, deep product knowledge, and best practices
• Translate customer needs into scalable solutions and manage customer
  

• Enable and mentor team members on ServiceNow domains
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Professional Services, ideally with a software OEM
  

• Strong understanding of AI integration into workflows, decision-making, and
  

• Experience with agentic/autonomous systems, vector search, human-AI interaction
• Proven experience with large-scale, distributed systems and relevant technologies
  

• Programming expertise, especially in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with ServiceNow certifications (CMA, CTA) and additional certifications
  

• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and applying AI to solve real-world
  

• 6+ years in software engineering, with a focus on product design and user
  

Experience

• Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to handle
  

• Architectural and systems design skills, capable of working with changing priorities
