Principal Consultant (Advisory Practice) - 2025-4226

Experience: 10–15 years (Advisory / Consulting)
Reports to: Practice Head – ICT

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical capabilities for delivering data-driven insights and strategic solutions for clients in the technology sector. The role will involve working with technology vendors/ service providers and formulating growth strategies and strategic recommendations based on research and data analysis. The role will also involve supporting Business Development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies based on market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business analysis.
• Analyse industry trends, business models, demand drivers, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare high-quality consulting deliverables – growth strategies, market assessment reports, market insights, client presentations, proposals, and strategic roadmaps.
• Engage directly with CXOs, industry stakeholders, investors, and regulators through interviews, workshops, and strategy sessions.
• Drive business development efforts through preparation of proposals, thought leadership reports, and market intelligence decks.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• MBA or an equivalent degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or an equivalent degree is preferred.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in the research and consulting.
• Experience in formulating business strategy, Go to Market strategy, market sizing, ,forecasting and delivering strategic insights
• Understanding of industry value chain, ecosystem trends and landscape.
• ICT industry experience and domain knowledge in the telecoms, cloud and datacentre industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
