Job Title: Principal Analyst – Learning & Development
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Manager – L&D
This role is responsible for delivering critical employee experience: A structured learning for existing employees. This role supports the ongoing development across the organization by executing learning programs and curating effective, role-relevant learning paths. This role directly contributes to driving performance, engagement, and a culture of continuous development.
The Principal Analyst – Learning & Development at AB InBev GCC is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing impactful learning experiences for employees. This includes executing end-to-end learning programs, managing learning platforms like Degreed and Workday Learning, and driving adoption through strategic communication. The role involves close collaboration with business leaders, tracking learning effectiveness, managing external vendors, and continuously improving the learner experience. Ideal for someone with 4–7 years of L&D experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a passion for innovation, storytelling
-  Key tasks & accountabilities
- Partner with L&D Managers and business leaders to identify and validate learning needs.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of learning programs (virtual, live, blended)
- Administer the Learning Experience Platform & Learning Management System
- Drive adoption through engaging communication strategy.
- Track learning metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
- Support learning adoption across functions.
- Benchmark externally to enhance the learner experience with innovative learning solutions.
- Manage external vendors and partners for learning delivery, content development.
- Monitor feedback, track experience metrics, and implement improvements.

Level of educational attainment required:
Previous work experience required:
- 4–7 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end learning program execution.

echnical skills required:
- Awareness of basic Instructional Designing (ADDIE Model).
- Proficiency in LMS/LXP systems (e.g., Degreed, Workday Learning)
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and planning skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Bonus: Canva or design-savvy with a storytelling mindset.
