What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI tools, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from subject matter experts and end users.
• Developing Second Brains and Context Packs: Leveraging LLMs as domain specialists to create and sustain documents that capture organizational knowledge and unique insights.
• Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, maintaining efficient and scalable data architectures.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
