Pricing Manager

As a Commercial Analyst at our organization, your role is to collaborate with the Business Team, Sourcing, and GCD to enhance and protect the organization's value through pricing strategies and commercial models. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading costing and pricing for various products and key customers, acting as a strategic partner for the Key Account Manager/Sales Team to maximize business value. - Formulating a transfer pricing framework and assisting the Systems team in setting up pricing systems to ensure fair transactions between related entities in compliance with tax regulations. - Conducting contribution analysis, cost validation, and contract status monitoring to maintain value hygiene within the organization. - Leading market size mapping, competition analysis, competitive edge mapping for GSL, and financial analysis of competitors to provide valuable insights to management. - Playing a crucial role in Sales Budgeting with a focus on volume and contribution budgeting to drive organizational success. - Guiding and mentoring Business Commercial juniors to enhance team capability and performance. Your required competencies for this role include Analytical Thinking, Business Acumen, Transfer Pricing, Team Working, Innovation, Creativity, and Total Work System.
