What You will do:

· Lead and supervise the Pre-Sales team to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets are achieved.

· Allocate daily calling lists and targets based on provided databases and Channel Partner databases.

· Monitor team calling activities and ensure quality conversations and effective follow-ups.

· Drive conversions from calls to site visits, revisits, and bookings.

· Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of call logs, site visits, walk-ins, prospect lists, and booking status.

· Provide ongoing motivation, guidance, and training to team members to improve productivity and communication effectiveness.

· Ensure proper usage of CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, and company applications (Sell App) for lead management and reporting.

· Coordinate with the Sales and Sourcing team to maintain a strong and updated lead pipeline.

· Maintain a positive and assertive work environment while encouraging a performance-driven culture.

 

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills; Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Marathi preferred.

· Any graduate or 12th Pass with strong communication skills.

· Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to drive team performance.

· Confident, assertive, result-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.

· Good knowledge of pre-sales calling processes, tele calling etiquette, and customer engagement techniques.

· Minimum 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales leadership in Real Estate / Insurance / Consumer Sales / Customer Service.
