Summary

Primary Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in Bid Management, Presales, or Proposal Writing, preferably in IT / Consulting / Technology domain
• Foundational knowledge and experience working in cloud environments like GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Proven ability to manage complex bids with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Excellent technical writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Bid management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions to client needs.

Core Responsibilities

Bid Management

• Lead and manage the complete bid lifecycle (RFI, RFP, RFQ, tenders, proposals, and presentations).
• Collaborate with sales, presales, delivery, product, and leadership teams to gather inputs and develop tailored responses.
• Create and manage bid timelines and deliverables ensuring high-quality, on-time submission.
• Maintain and improve proposal templates, reusable content, and knowledge base for efficiency.
• Conduct post-bid reviews and implement best practices for continuous improvement.

Technical Writing

• Develop clear, concise, and compelling technical and business content for proposals, presentations, case studies, and solution documents.
• Translate complex technical solutions into business-focused value propositions that resonate with client needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to capture technical details and refine them into customer-friendly narratives.
• Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and branding across all presales documentation.
• Maintain a repository of technical and non-technical content for reuse in future proposals.
