Presales Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor PreSales Team

  Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team of presales executives with clear targets and performance tracking. Provide onboarding, regular feedback, and development plans.

• Lead Generation & Qualification

  Generate and qualify leads from multiple channelsdatabase, inbound queries, campaign responses (SMS, email, ATL/BTL), and virtual walk-ins. Assign pipelines and ensure lead tagging per project.

• Customer Engagement & Conversion

  Conduct discovery calls, follow-ups, and feedback calls post site visits. Support clients with accurate project information, structure virtual & physical presentations, and drive site visit scheduling.

• Coordination & Handovers

  Collaborate closely with the sales manager to align on site visit handoffs. Coordinate with marketing and sales operations for smooth engagement flow.

• Process Optimization & MIS Reporting

  Implement SOPs and tagging processes to optimize lead flow, tracking, and conversion. Deliver daily/weekly MIS and performance analytics to senior management.

• Market Intelligence & Strategy

  Continuously assess market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform conversion tactics, messaging, and team training.

• Data Management :

  Stay up to date with data within the orgs digital assets including ERP, CRM productivity tools, etc. Execute & Continuously improve SOPs / Calling scripts / Monitor team call to prospects & achieve goals of MPIs etc to establish performance standards. Lead by examples to make calls, plan as per volume target/quality target & conversion ratio targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• 7 - 10 years in real estate pre-sales, lead management, or sales operations.
• Minimum 4 years in a supervisory or teamlead position within pre-sales for a reputable developer.
