Role: Presales Lead

Mandatory Skills

Leadership & Business Ownership

• Strong leadership capability with experience driving growth and strategy
• P&L ownership or clear responsibility for business/unit performance
• Ability to build and scale a presales function from scratch
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability

Presales & Bid Management

• End-to-end ownership of presales activities (RFP/RFI/RFQ responses)
• Proven expertise in bid strategy, solution positioning, and proposal excellence
• Experience winning large, complex government and enterprise deals
• Strong alignment of presales solutions with delivery and execution teams

Cybersecurity & Compliance Expertise

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity services and enterprise IT solutions
• Hands-on understanding of data privacy and regulatory frameworks:
  
• DPDP
• GDPR
• HIPAA
• Experience with compliance and security frameworks:
  
• ISO 27001 (implementation and/or audits)
• Ability to design compliant, secure, enterprise-grade solutions

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with:
  
• Government clients
• Large enterprises
• Institutional customers
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

TechnicalBusiness Communication

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to influence decision-makers
• Confidence in engaging CXOs, regulators, and senior government officials

Ecosystem & Partnership Management

• Experience managing multi-vendor and partner ecosystems
• Ability to establish and manage strategic alliances, MoUs, and vendor partnerships
• Coordination across internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders

Experience Requirements

• 1015 years of experience in IT services, cybersecurity, or technology consulting
• Minimum 5 years in a senior presales or leadership role
• Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise or government accounts
