Designation: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Level: 5+ Years

Notice : Immediate to 15 Days

Role Overview

Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    end-to-end sales lifecycle

    including lead generation, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures
  • Identify and develop

    new business opportunities

    across mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Manage and grow

    key accounts

    while ensuring long-term customer relationships
  • Sell

    IT Hardware / Software Products / ERP solutions

    (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft / Custom ERP) based on customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver

    sales proposals, demos, and commercial negotiations

  • Work closely with

    pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams

    to ensure solution alignment
  • Maintain accurate

    sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM updates

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual

    revenue and margin targets

  • Stay updated on

    market trends, competitors, and customer requirements

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

  • 510 years of proven experience in

    Hardware Sales / IT Product Sales / ERP Sales

  • Strong understanding of

    B2B sales cycles

    and enterprise selling
  • Experience selling

    ERP solutions, IT infrastructure, hardware, or enterprise software

  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and drive closures
  • Experience working with

    CXO-level stakeholders

    is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to

    SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / ERP implementations

  • Experience in

    Channel Sales / Direct Sales / Enterprise Sales

  • Knowledge of

    CRM tools

    (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and business development mindset

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage
