About the Role

Pre-Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and convert them into functional scope documents
• Prepare proposals, quotations, SRS/BRD documents and feature breakdowns
• Conduct product presentations, demos, client calls, and requirement discussions
• Collaborate with development, design, and management teams to estimate projects
• Assist sales team with solutioning, pitching, and pre-sales support material
• Evaluate client queries and provide strategic, impactful tech-based solutions
• Maintain proper documentation, pipeline updates, and follow-ups with prospects
• Contribute in preparing decks, case studies, timelines, and cost estimations

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Business Analyst / Client Coordination
• Understanding of software development (web/mobile apps/CRM/ERP/APIs)
• Skilled in requirement gathering, documentation & scope writing
• Experience creating SRS/BRD, workflows, wireframes, or proposal documents
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Confident in client meetings, demos, and product presentations
• Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple leads

Good to Have

• Experience working with startups or IT service-based companies
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum process
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, Trello, etc.
• Familiarity with RFP handling or bidding platforms (optional)
