Operating in 7 Asian countries and expanding into the UK and European markets, Datakrew is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated PreSales Specialist to drive its global growth. As a PreSales Specialist at Datakrew, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-sales cycle, from qualifying leads to submitting proposals. Your responsibilities will include managing lead qualification, client engagement, and proposal submission, while collaborating with internal teams and customers. You must possess a blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills to excel in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include becoming an internal lead management engine, collaborating with the marketing team to maintain a robust sales pipeline, and delivering tailored techno-commercial proposals aligned with client needs. You will act as a liaison between customers, field sales, and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and handovers. Additionally, you will provide timely support for customizing presentations and proposals based on client-specific requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have 5-7 years of inside sales experience in SaaS, preferably in EV or automotive sectors. A strong understanding of software integration techniques, APIs, and techno-commercial aspects is essential. You must demonstrate the ability to generate leads, manage the sales cycle effectively, and simplify technical concepts into business language. Excellent communication skills, adaptability to different business cultures, and strong presentation abilities are crucial for this position. It would be advantageous if you have prior experience with EV OEMs, automotive fleets, or IoT platforms, and familiarity with CRM tools. Exposure to AI-driven analytics or SaaS platforms is also beneficial.
