Presales Solutions Architect

As a BSG solution Architect at Bharti Airtel, your role involves supporting the Sales team in understanding and meeting customer connectivity/solution requirements throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing large and complex techno-commercial proposals & solutions, engaging with customers, designing profitable technical solutions, and creating technical proposals. Your key competencies should include technical domain expertise in IP, IOT/M2M, Security, Managed Mobility, NIPS, MPLS, VSAT, and Data Center & Managed Services. Additionally, you should excel in communication and presentation skills, customer focus, business excellence, innovation, energy, passion, and have the ability to learn. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize & develop large and complex techno-commercial proposals & solutions - Engage with customers to develop large transformation projects and total network outsourcing projects - Design profitable, optimal, and replicable Technical Solutions - Deliver technical presentations to customers - Co-create solutions and have impactful discussions and presentations to CxO level - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stitch solutions end to end - Create technical proposals by analyzing customers" price expectations and offering optimized technical options Qualifications Required: - Educational Level: BE / Diploma in Computers, Electronics & Telecommunications/Information Technology / MBA in IT - Industry Certifications: CCNP, CCDP or equivalent industry certification - Working Experience: Telecom, Presales, Excellent Communication, and Presentation Skills Please note that the enterprise service arm of Bharti Airtel provides integrated voice & data standalone service products to corporate & Govt customers for addressing their connectivity and business communication needs.
