The BSG consultant team plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales team from presales to project execution stages, by understanding and meeting customer connectivity/solution requirements. This includes customer engagement, developing transformation projects, designing profitable technical solutions, presenting technically to customers, co-creating impactful solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solutions. The position of BSG Solution Architect is a technology expert who designs technical and commercial solutions for Enterprises and Govt RFPs. Key competencies required for this role include Technical Domain Expertise in IP, IOT/M2M, Security, Managed Mobility, NIPS, MPLS, VSAT, Data Center & Managed Services, effective Communication and Presentation skills, Customer Focus, Business Excellence and Innovation, Energy and Passion, and an ability to learn. The educational qualifications expected are BE / Diploma in Computers, Electronics & Telecommunications/Information Technology / MBA in IT, along with industry certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, or equivalent. Working experience in Telecom, Presales, and excellent Communication and Presentation Skills is a must for this role.,

Analyzing customers" price expectations to indicate technical options in optimized offerings will also be part of your responsibilities. As a BSG Solution Architect, you will be the technology expert responsible for designing technical and commercial solutions for Enterprises and Govt RFPs. Your key responsibilities will include Order Booking, Funnel Creation, Capability/Product presentation, Techno-Commercial Solution creation for Govt RFPs, Technical Account Management for Enterprise & Govt Accounts, providing Integrated Solutions, showcasing Technology Expertise in IT Networking, Collaboration, Enterprise Mobility, DCMS & Cloud, interacting with Internal teams, OEMs, and SIs for technical discussions, developing Case Studies, conducting training for the sales team, and building capabilities for self and internal cross-functional teams. As an IoT Engineer, you will collaborate closely with customers to develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. This involves selecting the most suitable sensors and radio technology based on the specific needs of the customer. Your role will include engaging in meetings with clients to assist them in navigating through the process of implementing their IoT projects. If you possess practical experience in hardware design, microcomputers, and have a keen interest in the IoT field, we encourage you to share your profile. Your responsibilities will encompass understanding business requirements and formulating designs, integrating cutting-edge technologies into new systems, and products, as well as testing, troubleshooting, and debugging products. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or Computers. This is a full-time position located in Udyog Vihar Phase V, Gurgaon, with a five-day work week schedule and fixed weekends off.,
