Presales Solutions Architect

This structure includes an enterprise Sales team led by Business heads for each potential business vertical, a Business Solutions Group focused on creating superior customized solutions, a Delivery and care team ensuring top-class execution and implementation, and a Product development and management group. The BSG consultant team plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales team from presales to project execution stages, by understanding and meeting customer connectivity/solution requirements. They are responsible for conceptualizing and developing large and complex techno-commercial proposals & solutions across verticals using existing or new technologies. This includes customer engagement, developing transformation projects, designing profitable technical solutions, presenting technically to customers, co-creating impactful solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solutions. The position of BSG Solution Architect is a technology expert who designs technical and commercial solutions for Enterprises and Govt RFPs. Key competencies required for this role include Technical Domain Expertise in IP, IOT/M2M, Security, Managed Mobility, NIPS, MPLS, VSAT, Data Center & Managed Services, effective Communication and Presentation skills, Customer Focus, Business Excellence and Innovation, Energy and Passion, and an ability to learn. The educational qualifications expected are BE / Diploma in Computers, Electronics & Telecommunications/Information Technology / MBA in IT, along with industry certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, or equivalent. Working experience in Telecom, Presales, and excellent Communication and Presentation Skills is a must for this role.,
