Presales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to understand client requirements and position appropriate networking and security solutions.
  
• Lead technical discussions with customers, including presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations.
  
• Design and propose end-to-end network and security architectures tailored to customer needs, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, NAC, IPS/IDS, DDoS, and cloud security solutions.
  
• Prepare detailed solution documents such as HLDs, BOMs, SOWs, and compliance matrices.
  
• Own the technical response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging security threats, technologies, and compliance standards.
  
• Conduct PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and product evaluations in coordination with OEMs and partners.
  
• Provide technical enablement to sales teams and mentor junior presales engineers.
  
• Work with delivery and project teams to ensure seamless handover and successful implementation.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline is required; an MBA is desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in networking, security, or IT infrastructure pre-sales with at least 3 years in a team leadership or technical lead role.
