Role Overview

We are seeking a PreSales Manager with a strong technical background in AV systems integration. This role demands a dynamic professional who can bridge the gap between client's requirement and tailor technical solutions—right from the initial consultation to post-installation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Team during the pre-sales stage to understand client needs and propose appropriate AV solutions
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
• Prepare and review technical documentation including system designs, schematics, BOQs, and project estimates
• Use tools like AutoCAD and design software to create AV layouts and detailed solution proposals
• Create visually compelling presentations for clients and internal teams
• Provide post-sales technical support and coordinate with implementation teams to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain and leverage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and vendors for solution design and pricing
• Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and products
• Work closely with project managers and service teams to ensure client satisfaction post-installation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or related field)
• 2-3 years of experience in Pre/Post Sales within the Audio-Visual industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, technical design, and solution architecture
• Strong understanding of AV components, product knowledge, and solution configuration
• Ability to draft BOQs and design technical solutions based on client requirements
• Experience in preparing and delivering professional presentations
• Existing contacts or tie-ups with manufacturers or vendors is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-profile clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
