About the Role:

What You’ll Do:

• Presales Leadership

  : Lead presales efforts for Data and Digital solutions, focusing on Microsoft Azure and Databricks offerings.

• Proposal Development

  : Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

• Solution Collaboration

  : Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical and feasible.

• Client Problem-Solving:

  Proactively identify client challenges and propose innovative solutions.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.

• Delivery Collaboration:

  Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and execution of solutions, maintaining quality and timelines.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven Expertise:

  10+ years’ experience in presales, with at least 6+ years dedicated to leading presales efforts for Data and Digital solutions

• Solution Selling

  : Proven ability to sell both

  Data and Digital

  solutions.

• Technical Knowledge

  : Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and other enterprise-grade platforms

• Presales & Delivery Leadership:

  Strong understanding of presales processes, including solution design, proposal development, and alignment with delivery capabilities.

• Delivery Experience:

  Proven experience in managing or overseeing solution delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business outcomes

• Communication Skills

  : Exceptional ability to present and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders across technical and business domains.

• Metrics Management

  : Experience in managing business metrics and achieving sales targets.

• A sense of humor
