Job Role: Presales Executive Company: VJ Infrastructure and Properties Industry: Real Estate Roles & Responsibilities: Lead Management & Prospecting: Work with company-provided leads to identify potential customers. Call and engage with prospective buyers to understand their requirements. Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and property preferences. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Initiate and maintain effective communication with customers via phone calls, emails, and messages. Address initial inquiries, provide relevant property details, and resolve basic queries. Site Visit Coordination & Conversion: Persuade and convince potential buyers to visit project sites for a better experience. Schedule and confirm site visits, ensuring high customer turnout. Follow up with clients post-visit to encourage decision-making. Follow-ups & Nurturing Leads: Regularly follow up with leads to maintain engagement and build trust. Keep track of interested prospects and update them on property developments. Collaboration with Sales Team: Handover hot leads to the sales team for further negotiation and closure. Work closely with the sales team to track lead progress and ensure conversion. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and site visits. Provide daily/weekly reports on lead status, customer feedback, and conversion rates. NOTE: Training will be provided
