As we grow, we’re looking for driven team players who are eager to contribute and grow with us. Role Overview We are seeking a Presales Executive to be the first voice our potential clients hear. Your role is crucial in identifying serious leads, understanding their requirements, and routing them to our design and sales teams. You'll play a key part in setting the foundation for every successful project at Dekanhaus. Key Responsibilities Call and follow up on incoming leads from multiple sources (website, campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, etc.). Engage potential clients professionally, understand their requirements, and assess their intent and budget. Qualify leads based on pre-set criteria and pass them on to the design/sales team. Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM tools regularly. Coordinate with designers, sales team, and marketing to improve conversion funnel. Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and assist in client onboarding processes. Requirements Fresher or 1+ years of experience in Telecalling, lead qualification, or pre-sales—preferably in interiors, real estate, or lifestyle segments. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Confident phone presence and a friendly, professional tone. Basic understanding of interiors or design services is a plus.
