Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Pre-Sales/Lead Generation team. The selected
candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone/email, introducing our
products/services, and generating interest for the sales team to follow up on.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic labs, etc.)
Identify decision-makers and build a list of qualified leads
Explain product features and generate initial interest
Schedule product demos or sales calls for the senior sales team
Maintain detailed records of outreach and follow-ups using CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing & sales to align lead generation strategies
Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to nurture interest
Achieve weekly/monthly outreach targets and lead qualification KPIs
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc, B.Pharm, B.Tech, or related fields (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
Basic knowledge of medical/tech products is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and a self-driven attitude
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
