Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Presales/Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, providing product information, and scheduling site visits—primarily on weekends. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and qualify leads Present product/service features and address client queries Schedule and confirm site visits (focus on weekends) Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact Accurately update CRM with call details and lead status Collect client feedback post-visit and relay to relevant teams Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets Continuously improve through training and feedback Requirements: Experience in telecalling, telesales, or presales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills CRM proficiency and strong organization skills Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection Willingness to work on weekends Self-driven and target-focused
