Presales/Telecalling Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and qualify leads
  • Present product/service features and address client queries
  • Schedule and confirm site visits (focus on weekends)
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact
  • Accurately update CRM with call details and lead status
  • Collect client feedback post-visit and relay to relevant teams
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Continuously improve through training and feedback


Requirements:

  • Experience in telecalling, telesales, or presales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CRM proficiency and strong organization skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
  • Willingness to work on weekends
  • Self-driven and target-focused
