Job Description

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
Assist in solution design for products such as
In-house Products,

Email Security, DLP, SSL certificates, Cloud Hosting, and IT infrastructure
.
Prepare
presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses
.
Conduct
product demonstrations
and proof-of-concept sessions.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and scope.
Support pricing discussions by providing accurate technical inputs.
Document technical requirements and pass them to the delivery team post-sale.
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Engage with vendor partners for product positioning and latest solution updates.

Required Skills

2+ years in
presales, solution consulting, or IT technical sales support
.
Knowledge of
cybersecurity solutions, SSL lifecycle management, and cloud hosting
.
Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
Understanding of
networking basics, security protocols, and cloud technologies
.
Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Workspace
and presentation tools.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
Presales experience in IT services or cybersecurity-focused companies.
Technical certifications (Security+, AWS, Azure, GlobalSign, etc.) are an advantage.
Exposure to enterprise client engagement and solution pitching.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with attention to detail.
