Role & responsibilities

Customer & Sales Coordination:

  • Respond promptly to all incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
  • Share relevant project details, offers, and updates with potential clients.
  • Convince and schedule customers for property site visits.
  • Coordinate with the HOD regarding customer details and visit schedules.
  • Assist Customers in locating and reaching the project site.
  • Efficiently manage and update customer data using SELL.DO CRM.
  • Prepare daily reports in the prescribed format

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Convincing and follow-up ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools (SELL.DO preferred).
  • Good coordination and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
