Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels such as walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
  • Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and explain project details effectively.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them to suitable projects.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for smooth customer follow-ups.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 4-5years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Apartments).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and convincing ability.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
