COMPANY: ELEPHANTINE ENTERPRISES PVT. LTD LOCATION: ADYAR - CHENNAI EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 8 TO 20 YEARS. SALARY: AS PER MARKET STAND Position –Head Architect & Senior Architect Gender: Male / Female Preferred Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the complete architectural design lifecycle from concept to execution. Prepare and review architectural plans, layouts, and working drawings for real estate projects (residential, commercial, townships, etc.). Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, structural, etc.) to ensure design integration. Oversee design compliance with building codes, development regulations, green building norms, and statutory approvals. Guide the selection of materials, finishes, and design elements aligned with project goals and budgets. Manage a team of junior architects, draughtsmen, and external design consultants. Liaise with project managers, engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely project delivery. Ensure design efficiency, quality standards, and timely submission of drawings. Incorporate sustainable and Vastu-compliant design solutions when required. Required Skills & Qualifications : · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a reputed institution. · Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design in the real estate or construction industry. · Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other architectural design tools. · Strong knowledge of building bye-laws, development control rules, NBC, and green building norms. · Experience in handling high-rise residential and commercial projects preferred. · Excellent team management, communication, and coordination skills.
