COMPANY: ELEPHANTINE ENTERPRISES PVT. LTD

LOCATION: ADYAR - CHENNAI

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5 TO 15 YEARS.

SALARY: AS PER MARKET STAND
Position : Senior Manager & Project coordinator

BANKING CRM - ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY FOR BANK APF APPROVAL

1. Co - ordinate with legal team and to get collect entire Parent Title documents

2. Prior Approval taken from HOD for share the Title documents to banks

3. Required to Collect Project information from concern Head( like no of Plots, Total extend, Land owner details, account details)

4. To Prepare APF Request Letter as per Bank formats

5. Title Documents to take Print and Handover to bankers

6. To collect the queries from banks & same Share the queries to our legal team.

7. To Co - ordinate with legal team to resolve the bank queries and reply the queries to banks

8. Update the APF Status to concern HOD

9. Original Verification will be coordinate to Banker vs Land owners

10. Resolve all legal queries to collect APF letter from banks.

11. Share the APF letters to concern CRM, SALES, MARKETING AGENCIES.

BANKING CRM - ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOAN PROCESS

1. To get the loan customer details from concern CRM / Sales

2. Speak to Client and collect the income details from customer end

3. To check the loan eligibility with bankers and inform the details to client

4. Convince the client to take loan from our project approved banks

5. coordinate with customers and bankers to get loan sanction

6. To Collect the loan sanction details from bankers and share the information to concern CRM

7. Inform to collect customer own contribution to concern CRM

8. Coordinate with legal team and CRM to collect sale agreements

9. To prepare Bank documents like Permission mortage, Demand Letter, OCR receipts, Cost sheet as per bank formats

10. Handover the Signed sale agreements & Bank documents to Concern Banker

11. Follow up with bankers to customer loan status on daily basis

12. Collect the Sale Deed Draft & MODT DRAFT from concern CRM / Legal team

13. Share the drafts to bankers to get confirmation for any corrections.

14. Share the MODT token to bankers and inform the Registration date and time to bankers

15. Follow up with bankers to get loan disbursement status

16. Collect the DD COPY and share to CRM & Legal team

17. On the day of Registration to call and confirm with bankers that DD is handover to Bank Vendors

18. Once Registration completed call to customers and ask Feedback in Google reviews.
