• Ability to review Sales inputs, specifications, and scope to understand requirements.
• Proficiency in analyzing MEP drawings to identify ELV components such as CCTV, access control, intrusion systems, fire alarm systems, and networking.
• Experience in participating in sales meetings, attending pre-bid sessions, addressing technical queries, and maintaining logs.
• Knowledge of standard estimation processes to determine optimal system solutions.
• Skilled in preparing BOMs, selecting equipment, software, and cabling for security systems.
• Ability to create costing sheets, technical write-ups, and comparison charts.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality outputs on time while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Capability to escalate issues promptly and document scope changes.
• Understanding of operational parameters to ensure project efficiency.
• Accurate timesheet management for self and team members.
• Willingness to conduct site surveys and client visits as required.
