Tender Executive / Inside Sales Representative Roles: A Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, and maximizing opportunities for winning bids. Key Responsibilities: Identifying and monitoring relevant tender opportunities through portals, publications, and other sources. Studying and analyzing tender documents, including eligibility criteria, technical and commercial requirements, and terms & conditions. Coordinating with internal departments (technical, finance, legal, operations) to gather required documentation and approvals. Preparing and compiling bid documents as per client requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Submitting tenders within the stipulated timelines on various portals or in physical form. Managing pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and queries from clients or consultants. Following up on submitted bids and participating in negotiations if required. Maintaining a database of tenders, submissions, outcomes, and relevant documentation for audit and reference. Ensuring compliance with applicable statutory and contractual requirements.
Technical Skills Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking, Cloud, Virtualization). Expertise in IT Hardware (Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Firewalls, Routers, Switches). Understanding of Software Products & Solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS, Security Tools, Collaboration Platforms). Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) . Knowledge of Cybersecurity solutions (endpoint, network security, firewalls, SIEM). Ability to design end-to-end IT solutions as per client requirements. Strong skills in solution presentations, PoCs, demos, and RFP/RFQ responses . Sales & Consulting Skills Requirement gathering & business needs analysis. Preparing technical proposals, solution documents, and BOQs . Mapping customer requirements to suitable hardware/software solutions . Supporting sales teams with technical expertise and solution justification . Vendor management and coordinating with OEMs for pricing & solution design.
