Job Description

  • This role is pivotal in shaping technical solutions for prospective clients, driving value-based conversations, and bridging the gap between customer needs and our cloud capabilities
  • As a Presales Engineer at Comprinno, you will work closely with our sales, solution architecture, and delivery teams to understand customer challenges, design high-level solutions, and articulate how Comprinno s cloud offerings can accelerate their digital transformation journey
  • This is a high-impact role that blends technical acumen, consultative selling, and cloud solutioning expertise
  • **Key Responsibilities:*** Engage with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, technical challenges, and cloud transformation goals
  • * Collaborate with sales and solution architecture teams to design high-level cloud solutions across migration, modernization, AI/GenAI and managed services domains
  • * Attend in-person customer meetings jointly with sales representatives to provide technical expertise and build solution confidence
  • * Conduct detailed discovery sessions, cloud assessments, prepare cloud cost estimates, identify opportunities for optimization, and build migration readiness or modernization roadmaps
  • * Collaborate with solution architecture team to develop and present tailored technical proposals, solutions, demos, architecture diagrams, effort estimations, and Statements of Work (SOWs)* Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and RFP/RFI responses to clearly articulate the value of Comprinno s offerings
  • * Lead or support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) or technical demonstrations to showcase solution feasibility and value
  • * Continuously stay updated on AWS services, solution patterns, and partner programs (eg, MAP, WAFR, FTR) to bring best-fit recommendations to customers
  • * Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth knowledge handover and alignment of proposed solutions with execution plans
  • * Contribute to customer engagement and visibility initiatives such as hosting webinars, delivering technical presentations, writing blogs, publishing case studies, and maintaining a strong presence across social media and technical communities
  • * Maintain pre-sales documentation, reusable assets, and knowledge base for repeatable success
  • * On a need basis, travel for client meetings, events, workshops, or on-site assessments as required
  • **Required Qualifications & Skills:*** **Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field & MBA is a must**
  • * Strong understanding of core AWS services across compute, networking, storage, and security
  • * **0 - 6 months of experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting roles
  • *** Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native architecture patterns
  • * Familiarity with AWS cloud assessment tools like Migration Evaluator and Well-Architected Tool
  • * Knowledge of cloud migration and modernization frameworks such as AWS MAP
  • * Hands-on experience or conceptual understanding of DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
  • * Proficiency in creating solution documents, architecture diagrams, and effort estimates
  • * Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and business stakeholders
  • * Experience contributing to webinars, blogs, case studies, or technical marketing content
  • * AWS certification, Solutions Architect Associate or Professional* Collaborative attitude with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
  • * Interest in mentoring, team enablement, or internal capability building
  • **Desired Qualifications & Skills:*** Understanding of compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or HIPAA etc
  • * Demonstrable contributions to industry blogs, webinars, conferences, or open-source communities
