Presales Engineer

Role Overview: You will be a Pre-Sales Network Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience, collaborating closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, network solutions, and product demonstrations to potential clients. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements, designing network solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable networking solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations. - Assist in designing network architecture based on client needs, focusing on scalability and security. - Respond to RFPs/RFQs by preparing technical proposals and documentation. - Recommend appropriate networking products and solutions by working with vendors and partners. - Conduct site surveys and network assessments for potential clients. - Stay updated with the latest networking technologies, trends, and industry best practices. - Support post-sales teams in implementing proposed solutions smoothly. Qualification Required: - Educational Background: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field. - Technical Expertise: Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts, understanding of networking protocols, familiarity with networking hardware, experience with network security fundamentals, and strong communication and presentation skills. - Preferred Qualifications: Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or customer-facing role, understanding of SD-WAN and Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and relevant certifications (CCNA, JNCIA, NSE, etc.) will be advantageous.,
