Job Description

Role Overview: As a Presales Consultant in the telecom sector, you will bridge the gap between customer requirements and technical solutions. Your role involves engaging with clients to understand their business needs, designing tailored telecom solutions, and supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business and technical requirements, particularly in areas like BSS/OSS, Network core. Solution Design & Proposal Development: Develop customized solutions that align with client needs, leveraging knowledge of telecom network technologies and architectures. Prepare comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimates. Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities and address client challenges effectively. Proof of Concept (PoC) & Technical Validation: Design and implement PoCs to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations. RFP/RFI Response Management: Lead the technical response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring alignment with client requirements and competitive positioning. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and implementation teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to post-sales phases. Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge. Qualification & Skills: Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of telecom network technologies, including BSS/OSS systems. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Proficient in analyzing client requirements and designing solutions that address specific business challenges. Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
