Presales Consultant

If you're passionate about ITSM, Observability, and solving complex technology challenges—this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to design technical solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls, understand customer needs, and tailor proposals.
• Deliver product demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
• Prepare solution documents, SoWs, architecture drafts, BOMs, and proposals.
• Set up and lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with product and development teams for enhancements.
• Participate in events, trade shows, and partner engagements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with

  NMS/ITSM tools

  (SolarWinds, WhatsUp Gold, PRTG, ServiceNow, BMC, Freshworks, Motadata, etc.)
• Strong understanding of

  Networking, Servers, Cloud, Applications, SDN, IoT

  .
• Hands-on experience preparing solution/tender documents.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Expertise in at least one key area of IT infrastructure.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Willingness to travel as required.
