Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage the complete online sales cyclefrom inquiry to closure—using digital platforms and CRM tools.
Lead and coach a team of sales executives and call center agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups with potential buyers through virtual meetings and calls.
Create and implement sales strategies to improve lead conversion and closure rates.
Monitor and analyze team performance, customer interactions, and sales data to identify improvement areas.
Work with the marketing team to drive quality leads and improve online customer engagement.
Conduct virtual property presentations and discovery calls with prospective buyers.
Focus on providing a smooth, efficient, and personalized customer experience.
Optimize sales processes and remove any obstacles to improve overall efficiency.
Track key performance indicators like lead quality, closure rate, and customer feedback.
Regularly generate and share performance reports with management.
Support hiring, training, and development of the online sales and tele-calling team.

Requirements:

5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a strong focus on online or digital models.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive high performance.
Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual engagement tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and implement process improvements.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
