ABOUT THE ROLE

highly driven and result - oriented Sales Professional

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate new business
by identifying, prospecting and closing staffing sales opportunities across IT clients ( Domestic ).
Own the entire sales cycle
from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and execute sales strategies
to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Building strong relationships
with hiring managers, HR heads and decision makers in client organizations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms
to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams
to ensure timely and quality candidate fulfillment.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline
using CRM tools and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
Conduct market research
to identify emerging trends, client demands and competitive landscapes.
Represent the company
at industry events, client meetings and networking sessions.
Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
consistently.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Proven track record of
hardcore IT staffing sales
not limited to BD or relationship management.
Strong experience in
client acquisition and key account management
in IT recruitment.
Excellent
negotiation, presentation and closing skills
.
Demonstrated ability to
generate revenue
for the company.
Proficiency in
CRM tools, lead generation platforms and MS office.
Ability to
thrive in a target-driven, fast paced environment
.

Experience in handling
Domestic clients
