Job Overview:


We are seeking fresh, motivated, and analytical graduates to join us as Pre Sales Specialist, The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, skilled in outbound calling, and committed to exceeding targets and acts as a bridge between the sales and technical teams, providing valuable insights and solutions to potential clients. This role involves a strategic approach to understanding client needs and aligning product or service offerings accordingly.


Location : Hyderabad ,Telangana 


Salary Range: 3 - 4.8 LPA + Commission


Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales:

Take a minimum of 80 calls per day to prospective clients.

Achieve a minimum book rate of 8 calls for senior sales people daily.

Follow-up on leads generated from various channels and nurture them through the sales funnel

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

Conduct effective discovery calls to understand client needs and present CloudHire’s value proposition.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Schedule and coordinate product demos with senior sales representatives.

Performance & Reporting:

Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs and targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, lead interactions, and sales progress and detailed information in the CRM system

Provide regular reports on pipeline status, market feedback, and competitive intelligence.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.

Share insights and best practices to continuously improve the sales process.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in a sales development or similar outbound sales role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with set KPIs.

Experience collecting payments over electronic communication channels
