Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing inbound Presales requests and allocations, tracking activities, and ensuring internal coordination to meet client timelines. Your role will involve streamlining processes within the Presales department to deliver quality and cost-effective proposals on time. Additionally, you will support and optimize existing Presales and organizational processes, gather requirements, provide optimized estimates, and ensure quality in sales proposals and responses. You will also participate in Lead level calls and utilize your excellent client-facing skills to communicate the company's capabilities for business, functional, and technical consulting. Key Responsibilities: - Attend Lead level calls and collaborate with team members - Demonstrate functional understanding and knowledge of various technologies and industries - Engage in hands-on product development and market/technology research for proposing product roadmaps - Address technical proposals and develop business models/propositions - Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills for cross-functional collaboration - Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for timely and high-quality proposal submissions - Provide pre-sales support through RFPs, RFIs, proposals, presentations, case studies, and client visits - Write user stories, SRS, FRS, and BA documents/deliverables - Understand business models like Fixed Cost, Dedicated Team Model, and Time & Material - Apply knowledge of Project Implementation Methodologies like Agile Scrum - Establish processes and templates for RFPs, RFIs, or deals responses - Offer technical support to the sales team, including handling technical questions, conducting training, and product demonstrations Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role - Excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage client requirements effectively - Strong understanding of technologies (Web, Mobile, IoT, Cloud, DevOps) and industry domains (Retail, Automotive, Hospitality, Healthcare, Transportation & Logistics, BFSI) - Experience in product development, market/technology research, and proposing product roadmaps - Proficiency in addressing technical proposals, developing business models, and propositions - Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with cross-functional collaboration experience - Knowledge of writing user stories, SRS, FRS, and BA documents/deliverables - Familiarity with business models such as Fixed Cost, Dedicated Team Model, and Time & Material - Understanding of Project Implementation Methodologies like Agile Scrum Please note that the above qualifications are necessary for the successful execution of the responsibilities outlined in this role.,
