Pre Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

• Understand client requirements through detailed discovery calls and meetings.
  
• Prepare and present product demonstrations, technical documentation, and solution proposals.
  
• Create compelling technical presentations and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal) /RFI (Request for Information).
  
• Act as a technical advisor during the sales cycle to build client confidence.
  
• Coordinate with internal product and delivery teams to align client expectations with capabilities.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
  
• Ensure seamless handover to project delivery teams post-deal closure.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales or solution architect for International IT markets.
  
• Proven experience selling to U.S.-based clients.
  
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
  
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.
  
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
  
• Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and proposal management tools.
  
• Technical background (B.Tech/MCA preferred) or strong technical aptitude.
