Pre-Sales Solution Architects have a key role to play to accurately specify customers' applications so that Builder is able to consistently deliver for them - on time, within budget and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Gain in-depth knowledge of the Builder.ai platform and its capabilities. This includes understanding the platform, journeys, features, building blocks, delivery processes, tools, partner offerings and underlying technology. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the composable software space.Engaging with potential customers to understand their business challenges, functional and non-functional requirements, and desired outcomes. Conducting customer calls and meetings to gather comprehensive information about their software needs.Translating customer requirements into Buildcards and Journeys for applications to be built on the Builder.ai platform. This includes identifying appropriate features, and integrations from Builder Studio, Leveraging an understanding of Builder.ai's AI-powered approach to help customers design and create apps efficiently.Identifying delivery and commercial risks arising from complex or novel requirements and proposing alternative solutions to mitigate.Contributing to the development of proposals and responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), providing technical details, solution architectures and plans.Advising the customer on scoping and phasing delivery to optimize their time to value.Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and develop winning sales strategies. Working closely with internal Architecting and product teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Guiding customers through proof-of-concept (POC) projects to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process and beyond.Staying informed about competitor offerings and market trends in the software development industry.
