Pre Sales Manager

As an experienced professional in the IT Services industry, your role will involve understanding client requirements through detailed discovery calls and meetings. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting product demonstrations, technical documentation, and solution proposals to potential clients. Additionally, you will create compelling technical presentations and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal) /RFI (Request for Information). Your expertise will be crucial in acting as a technical advisor during the sales cycle to build client confidence. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal product and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and capabilities. Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements will be essential. Finally, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless handover to project delivery teams post-deal closure. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales or solution architect roles within the International IT markets. Demonstrated experience in selling to U.S.-based clients is a must. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle is crucial. Your exceptional presentation, communication, and client engagement skills will set you apart. The ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions is a key requirement. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and proposal management tools is preferred. A technical background such as a B.Tech/MCA degree or a strong technical aptitude will be advantageous in this role.,
