Job Summary:

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive who can handle customer calls and help convert leads into clients. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, customer-focused, and capable of clearly communicating product value to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talk to leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email (inbound & outbound)
• Understand customer needs and explain our projects clearly
• Share brochures, floor plans, pricing, and offers quickly
• Arrange and follow up on site visits or demos
• Update and maintain lead records in CRM
• Work with the sales and marketing team to close deals
• Follow up with customers until they convert or are passed to the sales team

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, real estate sales, or a related customer-facing role (experience certificate is required).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with a results-driven attitude.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
