Job Overview:
MetaApply is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Presales Executives to join our Inside Sales Team
The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers through cold calls and identify prospective students interested in studying abroad The leads generated will be passed on to the counseling team for further assistance
Key Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 250-300 cold calls per day to prospective students and parents
Generate and qualify leads for the counseling team by assessing interest and eligibility
Clearly communicate MetaApply s services and study abroad opportunities to potential students
Maintain accurate records of calls and lead interactions in the CRM system
Follow up with potential leads to nurture interest and improve conversion rates
Work closely with the inside sales and counseling teams to optimize the lead generation process
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation
Requirements:
Fresher or 1+ years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service
Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (if applicable)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Basic understanding of the education or study abroad sector is a plus
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage
Self-motivated with a positive and results-oriented attitude
