Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant / Business Analyst with strong experience in supporting enterprise sales cycles. The ideal candidate will play a key role in solution positioning, product demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and close collaboration with sales teams to drive successful deal closures across ERP, CRM, Project Management, and E-commerce solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise sales cycles for ERP, CRM, Project Management, and E-commerce applications
• Lead and execute end-to-end product demos for enterprise clients
• Handle 4–5 full implementation demo cycles across multiple customer engagements
• Understand customer business needs and tailor demos and solutions for maximum impact
• Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure solution alignment
• Prepare and respond to RFPs/RFIs with clear, structured, and solution-oriented proposals
• Deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers
• Drive customer engagement to increase deal size and accelerate the sales cycle
• Act as a trusted solution advisor during pre-sales discussions
• Maintain strong product and domain knowledge to support competitive positioning

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Business Analyst / Solution Consulting role
• Strong exposure to enterprise software solutions (ERP, CRM, PM, E-commerce)
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in client-facing demos and proposal creation
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution narratives
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a proactive and result-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
