Pre Sales Consultant

Academic Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Reports To: Sales Manager

Preferred Experience: 1+ year in Inside Sales or Consultative Sales.

Entrepreneurial experience or experience dealing with education products is a plus.

Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be given leads and will persuade MSME business owners toengage in a conversation, identify their key challenges, qualify their fitment for our coachingprogram, and, if they meet the criteria, schedule Zoom meetings with our Senior SalesConsultants.This role is for driven individuals who are motivated, disciplined, and eager to grow in saleswhile learning directly from one of Asia s most elite consultative selling teams.Key Responsibilities1. Generate Meetings & Ensure Attendance Make a minimum of 60-100 outbound calls daily to decision-makers fromprovided leads. Follow up via WhatsApp Business to nurture leads and increase booking rates. Ensure high show-up rates with timely reminders.2. Coordinate with Senior Sales Consultants Handover qualified prospects effectively. Regularly practice sales scripts to refine tonality and persuasion.3. Data Management & CRM Accurately log all interactions in the CRM. Maintain prospect databases and track KPIs.4. Skill & Knowledge Development Participate in training to enhance sales, objection handling, and businessknowledge.
