Pre-Sales Engineer - Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer to support the sales process with expert technical knowledge and product demonstrations. The Pre-Sales Engineer will be a key technical resource during the sales cycle, collaborating with sales teams, product teams, and clients to design, configure, and present solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to build relationships with clients through effective communication and compelling product presentations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Engagement and Requirement Analysis: ○ Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, challenges, and technical requirements. ○ Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to gather detailed requirements and align solutions accordingly. ○ Develop a deep understanding of the client's business processes and technical landscape to offer customized solutions. ○ Provide expertise during client meetings, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility of the proposed solution. 2. Solution Design & Configuration: ○ Collaborate with sales and product teams to design and configure solutions tailored to client requirements, leveraging Jupitice’s platforms and products. ○ Ensure the proposed solution aligns with client expectations while adhering to technical best practices and Jupitice’s capabilities.
