Job Description

As a Business Development Executive in PR Sales, you play a vital role in advancing our public relations sales initiatives to enhance brand visibility and achieve key performance targets. Utilizing your understanding of PR sales best practices, you contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans. You handle key accounts, assist in crafting impactful PR campaigns, and support client engagement efforts to drive sales success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you help ensure that PR strategies align with overall marketing objectives. Through regular performance monitoring and reporting, you identify areas for growth and provide actionable insights to support the ongoing success of our PR sales activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Target Achievement : Achieve annual individual sales targets.
  • Retainer Business Development : Deliver impactful client presentations to secure retainer business.
  • Market Research and Analysis : Conduct regular market research to identify trends and analyze client potential, along with periodic competitor analysis to maintain market leadership and seize emerging opportunities.
  • Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and submit regular sales reports outlining progress, client interactions, and challenges, while keeping CRM records up-to-date with all client and sales activity.

Requirements :

Experience :

  • 1+ year of experience in PR sales, including time in leadership roles, with a proven ability to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through effective PR campaigns.

Skills :

  • Solid grasp of media relations, brand management, and strategic communication fundamentals.
  • Ability to contribute to the creation and execution of PR campaigns that boost brand visibility and support sales efforts.
  • Proficient in establishing and nurturing client relationships and partnerships.
  • Familiar with using analytics tools to monitor and assess campaign performance and sales data.
  • Competent in preparing compelling press releases, pitches, and presentations to support media coverage and client engagement.
  • Capable of conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and assist in strategic planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
